How to learn and set the left touch screen button function on JOYING Android Head Unit with Intel Chip?

Sometimes when touch screen can not work or can not work properly when you receive the head unit, pls do not worry, that is not quality problems, just do as below, then this issue can be solved :-)

Customer's problem:

Thanks for getting back to me, I did get everything working... 

But I am having an issue, the buttons on the left are not responsive. The power, home, volume, gps and back buttons. I have to tap them like 10 times to work once. I bought the device off of amazon just a few days ago.

Let me know what I can do or try.

Pls relearn the panel keys study as following steps:

First you need push "Clear" first, next need push for example the power button on the screen and then push power button on the left side, the same as other button like home, volume+/- etc
Last push the save button on the screen, for the details, pls check as below:

• First find touch screen study in car settings (password is 3368)

• Second pls click "ClEAR" first as below and then re-learning all the buttons

• At last, after re-learning, you need click "SAVE" button, then will be ok:

1. I noticed from the website that there is a new 6/26 update to the firmware.  Can you please provide me instructions on how to update?

2. My radio seems to continue to drain my car battery after I turn the unit off.  Its drawing around 300mA from the battery.  If I don’t start my Jeep for 2 days, I find my car battery dead.   How do I make sure the radio is powered down and no current is being drawn from the battery?

3. The FM Stereo app does not stay on a station.  It randomly starts searching after being locked on the station.  How can I turn off the auto search?

4.I am unable to get some apps like Netflix to play the video.   The app will load and I can select movies.  However, the movie will never play.  Why is Netflix and HBO Go not compatible?

5. The user manual references inserting a SD card to increase memory.   Is there a slot that I can add an SD card?
