Below is the feedback from on of our customers.

I have the Android 4.4 RK3188 unit for my Toyota.

I am really pleased with the unit, delivered fast, fits and performs well.

I improved the sound quality by installing the PowerAmp app from the play store.
Really good equaliser and base boost - which was lacking in my car with the original head unit.

To get the hardware buttons working with it, you need to install the Microntek RK3066/3188 HeadUnit Service.
Again on the play store. This allows you to use the hardware buttons with PowerAmp, and will do some cool extra things too. No rooting required...

Had the 'shrinking icon' issue - resolved by not moving the affected apps to SD Card.

Would also recommend Copilot for Sat Nav, since it allows downloaded maps and is very well priced for the full version.

Torque works great using the Joying bluetooth dongle for ODB2, even works using Torque's fast communication option :)

Solved backup camera shows the image backwards on Joying android car radio and GPS navigation maps

Terry feedback to Joying:
    My order number is 108-5329342-5158652 from amazon and I need the North America maps for U.S.A.  as soon as possible.

Also my backup camera shows the image backwards on android car radio. jf a car is on the left the radio display shows it on the right. I need this fixed please.

And i advice you  turn off the function of Reversing X-mirror like the picture show.

And here Please uninstall Sygic, then reinstall it.

Ok that fixed that problem. Now i have another. The gps worked good for 2 days and now i get this error screen. What can i check to fix this? I dont think i made any changes.

Thank you for your help. I uninstalled sygic and reinstalled. Now it works good. I love this product and will be doing a review on youtube soon.

Added DAB+ functionality on Joying Android RK3188 quad core GPS navigation system car Audio radio

Michael Solution for DAB+ with his Joying Stereo works very well. And please check this page xda-developers , hope it can help all Joying customers.

I work on a Solution for DAB+ in Germany. I have a Calearo 16v DAB+/FM Antenna. So i bought this and put it with Adapterthis at my DAB+ Antenna.

Apps i use for this:

- Wavesink Plus DAB+ FM-RDS
- RTL2832U driver

with my Phone it works awesome and its a really cheap Solution. I'll try it tomorrow in my Car.

Other customers said I have a monkey board with an app for android App and that works great

What you need - Hardware:

- Nooelec Nano Stick with RTL2832U + R820T Tuner
- in my Case a Adapter for my Calearo 16v DAB/FM Antenna - a SMB/MCX Adapter

Software:
- RTL2832U Driver Playstore
- Wavesink Free for DAB only MP2 Files (Playstore) or Wavesink Plus for DAB+ and Recording (Playstore)

How to:

Connect the Antenna with the Adapter and the nooelec USB Stick. Put the USB Stick in the USB Port of the Radio. Install the Software. Start Wavesink and search for Channels.

Enjoy DAB+ in you Car Stereo.

 I'm currently running the Nova launcher on the head unit, which does allow me to have more control. I was just pointing out that with some small changes, the default launcher could be made a little nicer.
