Joying customers feedback: I think I figured it out. I kept doing it every time I powered on. I went to physically mount the unit and discovered that my brackets were “off”. I moved the brackets, installed, and now it’s working. My theory is that one of my screws (from my bracket) may have been causing a “short”.
