So....installed Joying 2 din android car stereo in 2001 Saab 9-3...the cheap way. Everything works except the src and nxt button on the steering wheel. For the install you need to swap the acc and battery wires on the harness...otherwise the unit will work but it will not save your stations, etc. The schematic for the wiring is on the stock radio itself. The power antenna needs to be cut from the car plug and spliced to the ant cont. wire. For the steering wheel controls you can spend 50 bucks or so on a pac swi-rc interface or do what i did. (would advise against touching anything coming out of the sid)

The wires for the steering wheel controls are located underneath the steering column...three screw and pop it loose..the grey harness controls your volume and seek buttons and the other harness controls the nxt and src buttons. Get some electric wire and quick splice into the two wires coming out of the grey harness and run to the stereo. Connect to key 1 and key 2.

Mounting the unit i had to cut the top black plastic piece and the grey bezel out. Also had to cut the top off the stock radio harness...the square metal thing...drill some holes and mount it. Unfortunately i had to use a shim to hold the sid back in as i wanted to save the stupid 90's cup holder mount in case i ever get rid of the car...otherwise i think you could cut (or heat) the cup holder off and use the brace to hold the sid in place.
cost of install 20 bucks...
